Hi, I’m getting pretty desperate now . I have noticed more than normal hair loss in the last two years . I have been 95% vegan the last two years and am wondering if there is something I’m possibly not doing right …?

I did have a major stressful event one and a half years ago  ( when my son was suddenly diagnosed with stage 5 kidney disease/failure).

And since ive had covid my hair is falling out terribly with an embarrassingly visible difference… please help !

I’m really sorry to hear this news Tina, that’s awful for you 😣

I’m no hair expert, and could only investigate whether you are ingesting anything that might be poisoning you, not getting a balanced diet, advise on stress reduction and so on. But remember I mentioned TV programs in a recent newsletter? The Hair Loss Clinic series on one of the Freeview reality channels was showing a couple of months ago. Trichologists can do amazing stuff. I made a couple of clips for you from episode 6. You can find the whole thing online on the Discovery Plus site but these clips will show you what I mean. The two lads started losing their hair in their late teens. Hopefully there is a trichologist near you. Lots of love, Linda

Hi Tina, I hope you got your notification of a reply. I worry that the automatic notifications end up in spam boxes.

Have you found this link to see if there’s a qualified trichologist near you? https://trichologists.org.uk/qualified-trichologists-united-kingdom/

      Hoping this helps

      Hello Linda,

Thank you so much for that information. I did watch the two video clips and I was very encouraged by the marked improvement in their hair growth .

I also followed the link you gave me for a trichologist nearer to me . That was reassuring however our budget does not allow for that at the moment.

I have in the meantime taken to massaging my scalp on a daily basis and am going to try using rosemary oil ( which is meant to work as well as minoxidil, a conventional topical treatment ) .

Spikenard oil is also meant to help promote growth ; and lavender, thyme, cedar wood, sage and peppermint in olive or coconut oil could help stimulate blood flow to the scalp if massaged in on a regular basis.

I’ll let you know how it goes 😊 and am open to further suggestions too please xx

I’m so glad you got the replies. I hated the thought of you worrying about your hair.

Tina, I would highly recommend that you find and watch the whole series on the Discovery Plus website, as you may do more harm than good with “try this” remedies. I remember one episode where the client was using oil on her scalp and the trichologist said she was making things worse.

There is a small subscription to access the premium content on the site, but the knowledge you will gain is well worth it.

      All good wishes
      Linda

      Dear Tina

Having been studying pandemic related stuff very hard over the last few weeks, I’m now suspicious that both your long covid and your hair loss may be due to graphene poisoning. An email is going out to everybody on Sunday morning with some new information. Don’t you think it is very suspicious that you didn’t catch an infection from your daughter? How can covid possibly be an infectious disease?

Apart from the jab, graphene is in swabs, handwash, and on face masks. Maybe other sources too. It is invisible nano-particles that are extremely sharp. My email tomorrow will explain more. The best way to get it out of your body is with a lot of antioxidants, as you have done already, but particularly N-acetyl cysteine to increase glutathione.

I will write a whole article about self-protection as soon as I can.

Hoping you are feeling better these days and that Jordan is ok.

Hello Linda , thank you so much for taking the time to offer more input on this subject ….. and yes you’re right about me not catching covid from my daughter when I was with her the entire time ! It makes sense to me too about graphene being in face masks ….. when it was compulsory to wear face masks I felt unwell the entire time ( sore throat and feeling like I was coming down with something) . I only realised much later on that whenever I wore a face mask ( blue ones from Aldi ) I felt more unwell.

I stopped taking NaC as I got liver pain with it …. is this a good or bad side effect ? And should I start taking it again ?

On the subject of hair loss , I am saving up to see a trichologist. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

Oh my dear Tina, how it is all fitting together, this horror story of a fake virus…

Please keep all the masks you have, put them in a plastic bag, as they are now evidence. Also, please take lots of photos of your hair, showing as much as possible how you have lost it. Please write down the sequence of events: when you first noticed the hair loss, the symptoms  you got, and the mask-wearing times, just everything you can remember.

Then write down the dates of your daughter’s illness and how you didn’t “catch” anything.

Then write down everything you can remember about your “severe covid”. Test results (if you had a test), all symptoms, like a diary.

Please phone pjhlaw.co.uk (Philip is the solicitor acting for whistle-blowers) and say you are a covid whistle-blower and that you believe there is graphene in your face-masks which gave you “long covid” and caused severe hair loss. Take their advice for what to do next. They are building a police case to go after the people who are doing this to us.

Maybe one day they’ll also be able to sue Aldi for you to get compensation, but that’s another story.

Re NAC, maybe try it again, gently? Graphene does break down eventually, that’s why they want to keep giving us “boosters”. They are boosters of graphene. I know that when swallowed it does affect the liver, so maybe NAC won’t upset you now that graphene has gone from your digestive system.

      With much love
      Linda

Hello Linda, thank you for your reply . Yes I will certainly do this and keep a log. Also, wanted to let you know that my son Jordan is having a kidney transplant this Friday 25th Feb and I’m giving him my kidney. I am a 111 match which has been the best so far.I count it a privilege to help him in this way and trust we will both be ok long term…… it makes me also keen to know how you are doing with your kidneys and if you have any update for us ?
      Blessings
      Tina

That is so generous of you Tina. I’m sending my prayers for you and Jordan on Friday.

My kidney GFR remains at 77, which I achieved fairly soon after going WFPB in 2020.

It is very hard to regenerate the kidneys, as I seem to remember they don’t have their own stem cells. The best we can do is protect what function remains.

I believe curcumin is extremely important because what you do for your liver you also do for your kidneys.

See if you can find the other kidney post I replied to in one of these forums, for another lady.

      Linda ❤️

I’m glad your gfr has not gone down 😊

I’ve had a look at the other forum where you gave kidney advice. Thank you for that .
